Common questions

How often does a lot need restriping?

Most lots need restriping every one to two years, and always after sealcoating. High-traffic entrances and drive lanes wear out faster than the rest of the lot.

Can you change our layout?

Yes. A new stall plan can fit more spaces, improve traffic flow or add accessible parking. We'll walk through options with you before any paint goes down.

How many accessible spaces do we need?

It depends on the total number of spaces in your lot. ADA guidelines set the minimum, and we'll lay out the right number of stalls and access aisles for your lot.

Do you stripe after sealcoating?

Yes. Fresh striping goes down once the sealer has cured, so the lot reopens fully finished.
